Hey everyone,
I'm in a dire situation and desperately need some advice and guidance on cancelling my business. I recently started a business venture, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to continue its operations. I'm feeling overwhelmed and don't know where to start.
Here are a few specific questions I have:
What are the legal requirements and obligations involved in cancelling a business? Are there any specific documents or forms I need to submit?
Does anyone know a firm that can help me? I did a quick search and found a firm called Ontario Business Central that provides business cancellation. Anyone know them or any firms like this? |
