It depends from your budget and preferences. I found cheap AC on https://www.thefurnaceoutlet.com/air-conditioners.html where you can choose air conditioner for house or whole system. I choose GE Standard 208/230v PTAC 12,000 BTU with Heat Kit Model AZ45E12DAB.
