I've got a problem with the Game 63618, the computer says it's my turn (province auction), but 2 other players are still in the same row (Baharya)... Why isn't it the green player's turn ?

It looks OK to me.

All players get to have a bid. After all players have bid, if two players are bidding in the same province, then the player with the lowest bid must then bid on another province (or increase his bid if he has the right power card).

This continues until each province has one player bidding for it.

Each player puts a bid in first. Once everyone has had the chance to put a bid in, then those who are outbid will get to re-bid again, and so on.
