My biggest worry is the lack of conversation about MyLeague and MyLeague, where I'm spending the majority of my time playing my Playstation. It's my favorite mode because of the freedom it provides and the fact it doesn't require you to spend a penny to create a great.
You can move teams or build new teams, download uniforms and floor designs from other users (I'm thinking of those SuperSonic fans) you can also build super teams, create teams, or import draft class or older draft classes. It's basically anything you want. That's why it's so addictive.
Despite how fantastic the mode is, it hasn't seen any attention over the past couple of years. 2K claims that this is their most successful game, but should "MyLeague" is not enhanced, then I have difficultly seeing the claims become reality. Overall, I believe this game could turn out to be their greatest one to date. This is due to the fact that, when we last saw the next generation leap, NBA 2K's game quality was greatly improved from its appearance, game modes to gameplay.
The release of 2K16, 17 and 18, which came out a few days after the leap. I consider them to be their finest games and the 16th one being their most memorable. If they can replicate that amazing experience on NBA 2K21, not only will they create an incredible game, but the impact of it could be so far greater because of the boredom that COVID-19 caused us all.
The next generation version of 2K21 will begin shipping when the new consoles come out for Xbox on November 10th and two days after, Playstation will have it as well.
