Thanks to TheKeck for some of the concise wording for the 3 palm variant.

Following sections I added so it'd be nice to add them too in the html version.

Setup section add the 3 palm variant

Income section add the non-binding agreements (even online some may make promises via messaging....who knows)

Game End section add ties shared victory
