Recently, my company changed the endpoint protection software to Trend Micro Officescan. Unfortunately, the endpoint software detects this issue from time to time plugin_host.exe from ST 3, Build 3144 as an offensive process, and the file was deleted every time.
The violation is called "unauthorized file encryption". Any ideas on how to prevent this? |

Hi, have you resolved the problem? I can only tell you that a clean computer is the key requirement for avoiding problems with plugin_host. This requires regular scanning of the computer for viruses, cleaning the hard drive, using cleanmgr and sfc / scannow, removing programs that are no longer needed, checking programs that start when Windows starts (using msconfig) and activating Automatic Windows Update. You can also install a software that can help you to do all this stuff. Check this: https://thinkmobiles.com/blog/best-registry-cleaner-tools/ |
