The vertical rolling mill is generally composed of a rack, a press down system, a driving device and a vertical roll system. The vertical roller is driven by the motor through the reducer and universal-joint spindle.
The motor of the upper drive vertical roll mill is usually installed vertically. The vertical roll mill with lower drive is usually driven by horizontal ac motor through spline shaft, bevel gear and straight gear.
The vertical roll is assembled in a removable rolling mill roll frame. The mechanical press system generally adopts ac frequency conversion motor to drive the screw down by worm reducer to complete the press down action. |
