I created a group on facebook called spielbyweb if anyone wants to join up. I am new to facebook so i don't know all the details, but I believe it just shows your name and picture unless you send a friend request.

I see two posted their screen names on the group page bottom. Maybe that's the easiest way.

Not sure what you should do with the group. Maybe use it to announce tournament signups. That would be up to the tournament directors if they wanted to do that though.
