I have the power card "Outbid in the Same Province", by mistake I clicked on it before doing my first bet, and now it won't allow me to bid properly Sad. Can you fix it please?

You have to click on the "[Click here] to confirm your bid" link to finalize your bid (I just added that to minimize people who mis-bid, since it seems to happen a lot).
