				| NONE. I though I was buying stone. Why can't I go back and change my purchase from X farmers to Y farmers? It hasn't subtracted the gold yet? Why isn't it possible to change your mind at this point? | |

				| This is not a bug, rather, it is a feature request.
 I am pretty sure that development has stopped on this site, and in my 100+ games I think that I have only made "takeback" mistakes 2-3 times, which really isn't all that bad. Think of it as a good lesson in reading carefully
  .
 If we were going to have development, I would like the harvest and scoring phases to be simultaneous, that would be of much greater help than a "are you really sure you want to do what you just did" button.

 Bugs are something along the lines of "I now have $32000 because I managed to get a negative number of escudos in Santiago"

				| I would like this changed as well despite what happened to me.
 In one game I wanted to build 5 stones and no farmers in round 6 in a province to clinch most pyramids. Instead I clicked on 5 farmers. I was hopping mad. I couldn't back it out. So I had to live with it. As it turned out those extra five farms netted me an additional 15 gold and I got 6 points for most gold instead of 5 points for most pyramids and won the game by one point. Of course the same result would have happened if I simply bought nothing since 5 farms cost 15 gold. Go figure.

				| I'm just annoyed because it happened to me twice in a week. Someday I'll make a play by web site of my own with different quirks someone else can complain about. (Yeah, right.) | |

				| Oh, and no, it is a bug. In a f2f game I can say, "I'm gonna buy 3 farmers." Then when I go to put the farmers on the board change my mind. As long as the gold is still in my hand, I haven't bought anything. In this case the game is at a point where I need to distribute the farmers I have not yet paid for. So it is a bug to not be able to go back. | |

 I presume you were joking, unless you consider the "new hacker's dictionary" to be an authoritative source. I am also really hoping that the bombastic "I program computers for a living" was a bit of over the top self-mockery.

 That said, you did make a facebook group, which requires some serious computer know-how....

 Real geeky programmers would be insulted by your dismissal of the hacker's dictionary as not authoritative. I'm not quite that geeky, though that's hard to say since I enjoy a nice piece of bombast apparently.

				| I prefer the definition in Wikipedia;
 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Software_bug

 In my opinion this is not a bug. I would call it a design flaw. This does not cause the program halt or produce unexpected results.

 And yes I am a software developer and have been writing programs for 35 years.

 Ah, but in my example, didn't I encounter an unexpected result? The annoying thing is the fix is a small piece of code to undo the "half purchase" and a button on the "Grid for where you put the farmers/block" that allows you to go back and pick the amount of items again. Probably like 5-10 lines of code depending on how well the code is designed.

				| In the end I agree that a player should be able to back out at that point. To the admin; is there anyone maintaining the code? Will this change be considered? | |
