Have you tried www.boardgamegeek.com ?

Look up the game your interested in and then scroll down to the "Forum" section and click on the "strategy" subheading.

You can usually find some strategy tips there. Or check the reviews; often stuff there, too.

The Geek is by far and away the biggest and best repository for all things to do with Board Gaming. If you can't find exactly what you are looking for, ask a question. It'll get a response in no time.
