Has anyone given the Swank diet a go? Just heard about it and read up on it a bit and wondered if anyone found the a restricted diet helped them at all?

The Swank diet recommends consuming 4 servings of grain products a day. People can eat bread, low-fat cereals, rice, pasta, and absolute crackers, preferably whole grain products. People should avoid cakes and other baked goods that contain a fat source, such as butter or lard. It is a good diet for people that have problems with their digestive organs and wants to eat healthily and lose some weight. When I was eating following a Swank diet, I was buying organic granola food. After some days of following this diet, I started to feel better.
