Hello, I'm trying to join a game called Chris the Elk, the creator has told me that the password is bggbgg, but I keep getting invalid password. Is that password not right?
Also, someone is telling me that they are having the same problem joining my game: BGG Version 2.0, pass: geeks
He says he is also getting invalid password. |

| Hi!, I have got two players willing to join my game CSIWallen whose password should be: lutzen . But it´s impossible for them to access with that code. Is there any way for the creator of the game to retrieve the password? Have I given the correct password or is it any different? (I may have keyed the wrong type in the password). |

| Hmmm, three similar reports, so there's obviously something wrong. I haven't changed anything that should cause this, but I believe the database server was upgraded very recently, so that is probably the cause. I'll look into it and have it fixed within 24 hours hopefully. |

I have corrected the problem -- unfortunately, all passwords that were previously created were lost. I have emailed the creators of all open games with passwords with new passwords to use -- if you did not get one, let me know (email help@spielbyweb.com or send me a Private Message here).
