I haven't been able to find anything about this in the other posts, so I'll throw it out.

How does SpielByWeb determine who gets to go first in each new game? Some friends and I have played several games now and the same person is always chosen to go first.

Just wondering because it doesn't help the rest of us when the most experienced player gets to always go first. Very Happy

In Tikal, Hacienda and I believe Santiago the order is determined (pseudo) randomly. I can't speak for the others without checking the code.
