| You are lucky that I have recently been puzzled by a similar question. I have chronic gastritis, and I need to do a stomach examination every month. It's good that I have a friend who works as a doctor, and I regularly monitor my health. And so far, I'm fine, except for my stomach. But unfortunately, my gastritis is chronic, and I will never cure it. I have some specific other requirements for my diet. For example, I can not eat fried food and everything related to butter. But I'm not discouraged. I find recipes on the Internet that are very tasty. Good luck to you! |
